By downloading or using the Basis Point mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Standard EULA

Basis Point uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms of the standard Apple EULA, which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Subscription Terms

Basis Point offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("ETF Pro" and "Stock Pro").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

3. No Financial Advice

The Application provides a rule-based methodology for calculating investment amounts based on historical market data (specifically drawdowns from all-time highs). This methodology is for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate market data, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the data provided within the app. Data is provided by third-party services and may be delayed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Basis Point or its developers be liable for any financial losses, damages, or other liabilities arising from your use of the application or reliance on its calculations.
